Your feet will most definitely swell throughout the day, and you need to make room for this.

2. Try Stretching Throughout the Day

You can help keep your muscles and joints limber throughout the day by stretching. Try doing standing stretches when you are simply standing still at a desk or counter. Pull one leg at a time back behind you to stretch your thighs, or reach down and touch your toes for a count of 10 to stretch your hamstrings.
